Velosimo is proud to announce that the Village of Arlington Heights, Illinois, is now live with a powerful new integration connecting Tyler MyCivic, Tyler Munis Utility Billing (UB), and Trimble Cityworks AMS. This milestone marks a significant step forward in delivering faster, smarter, and more transparent service to residents, powered by seamless, real-time data exchange.

A Connected Experience for Staff and Residents

Through two key integrations, Arlington Heights is now equipped to manage service requests and utility work orders more efficiently than ever:

  • From 311 to Action: When a resident submits a request through Tyler MyCivic ESR, it is automatically created as a service request in Cityworks AMS. As work progresses, updates are synced back in real time, ensuring residents and staff have complete visibility every step of the way.

  • From Billing to Resolution: Utility-related tasks such as water shutoffs initiated in Tyler Munis UB are now automatically converted into Cityworks work orders. These work orders are tracked, updated, and synchronized to Tyler UB, eliminating manual entry and enabling faster resolution.

Together, these integrations remove the silos between systems and replace manual processes with real-time automation—saving time, reducing errors, and improving service quality.

Empowering a More Connected Community

With these integrations in place, Arlington Heights can now deliver on the promise of digital government: faster service, better communication, and more transparency. This go-live modernizes internal workflows and empowers staff and residents alike with the tools they need for a better experience.
